Phoenix Netball's club culture is to provide a safe, fun, deadly environment for all members to enjoy by promoting and encouraging cultural immersion and fostering social and emotional well being through the great game of netball. Phoenix aims to also provide a pathway for netballers from the home or streets to club level, then onto rep level and potentially the elite level, whilst benefiting all the positive outcomes of being involved in a team sport.

 

In 2019 Phoenix Netball entered 5 teams into the summer season with Division 1 Ladies side winning the competition. In 2020 Phoenix Netball has entered 5 senior teams plus 5 junior teams into the Cairns Netball Association winter season. It is fantastic to be part of the large growth in female participation in sport.

 

The club prides itself on community engagement and welcome any support whether financial or volunteer based to continue to provide these pathways for all participants.
